A Super Way to Get Kids to Eat More Veggies

A Super Way to Get Kids to Eat More Veggies

Is your house like a battle between good and evil? The Villian Vegetables versus the Super Sugar, perhaps? Here comes the Super Crew to save the day! An exciting new study from Cornell University showed that giving vegetables imaginative names inspired four-year olds to eat 50% more vegetables. Apparently, making vegetables fun and exciting to eat really DOES work.

Let your children know what super powers they can get from eating veggies like broccoli and carrots. If you need inspiration, let me introduce you to the Super Crew. When Jessie eats green foods, she can change the form of objects. When Abigail eats any fruits or vegetables, she can fly, get X-ray vision, and super smarts. Kids will want to be apart of the Super Crew and get these super powers too! Next time you are at dinner, try this out. If you can encourage your children to eat more vegetables, and it WORKS, you’ll think you have super powers too!
